Your household, walled off
Every record is tied to your household inside the database itself, not merely hidden on screen. There is no query, no link and no mistake that shows your policies to another household.
Documents in private storage
Uploaded schedules, certificates and passport scans never sit at a public web address. They open only through a short-lived link issued to you, and they are stored encrypted.
A second lock, required where it matters
Two-factor sign-in uses a code from a free authenticator app as well as your password. It's optional for insurance records and compulsory for passports, licences, ID cards and DBS certificates — those cannot be added or opened without it.
Encrypted end to end of the journey
Everything travels over an encrypted connection and is stored encrypted at rest. Keys and integrations stay on our servers and are never exposed to your browser.
The assistant only reads your own live cover
When you ask whether you're covered, it looks at your household's in-date policies and nothing else. It quotes your actual wording instead of inventing cover, and your documents are never used to train any AI model.
Never sold, never shared
We make money from membership, not from your information. No advertising, no data brokers, no selling lists of what you own or what you're insured for.

Open about how we do it
Every protection on this page is already built and running today, but we're not stopping there. Our team is working towards all the various accreditation over the coming months. If your organisation would like our written security position, just ask and we'll send it over.
Our security statement sets out the detail: encryption standards, the Ireland hosting region, who our suppliers are by name, logging, backups, incident response, how to report a vulnerability, and an honest list of what independent assurance we do and don't have yet.
